Mr Tay Kheng Chiong commenced his career with Siemens as a Product Development Engineer and advanced to the position of Senior Director of the Opto Business Unit. As the main founding member of Dominant Opto Technologies Sdn Bhd, the principal subsidiary of D & O Green Technologies Berhad, he has served as Group Managing Director since its inception. He has > 35 years of experience in the opto semiconductor industry. He is also a director and Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of Mega First Corporation Berhad, a company listed on Main Market of Bursa Malaysia.
